In 2004 I traveled to Costa Rica on a yoga retreat. The retreat was held at Luna Lodge, named by Travel & Leisure as one of the top ten eco-resorts in the world. The eco-resort is set in the jungle with ocean views from the yoga platform it is one of the most amazing places I have been to in my life. The food was gourmet, the accomdations delightful and comfortable and I have never experienced such a friendly group of people who work as the staff there. Each day I was blown away with the hospitality and friendliness of each person. The retreat really felt like family. Apart from the exquisite food and lovely people the setting was like a tropical dream. Apart from our daily yoga there are many optional day trips including the world famous Corcovado National Park. The tour to the park plus entrance fee will be included in the tour fee.

The fee for the our Yoga and Wellness retreat will be $1,895. The earlybird special, booked and paid in full by February 1st, 2007, will be $1,695. A $50 Deposit reserve and holds your place until November 1st, 2006 when the balance of the full deposit, $500, $450 is due.
